Can anyone give suggestions as to what to buy a boy who is turning 18, lives in Sydney Australia, and has parents who have tonnes of money and have already bought him everything he could ever want...

He is my cousin, and since it is his 18th, I would like to get something special.

It probably doesn't seem special, but the people I know that age really appreciate getting cash.  And I'm thinking that would probably be a good idea if your cousin already has everything.

Either a double pass to the Gold class cinemas, so he can drink and have fun at the movies. Or recently I gave a friend a coin set from the Perth mint (check online and you can order things online). The coins are of value and kept in their plastic sleeve retain and gain value over the years. You can get coins made this year 2008 to celebrate his 18th. They have many different types of sets. My friend had never thought of getting coins and now is wrapped it is going to be an investment.
