19 years ago i was convicted of a felony ,selling drugs. Can my felony be expunged in NY?

All you can do is ask a judge.  Go into you local court house and ask to see a judge.  In my experiance if it's a felony, No

but in some cases if you have been a good person and the reason is a good one you need it removed than yes it can.

the governor probably has that power but doubt that he'll use it. to know for sure, call legal aid.

I hope so. I don't see what is so bad about it now... it was 19 years ago...
