1925 Russian Ruble with the number 3 on it, with the letters TPM in the middle. worth how much?

I know this bill must be worth very much, since i found how that russia doesnt mint does anymore. I also have a russian ruble with the number 1 on it (guessing that means one dollar), minted in 1926. How much is THAT worth? Don't say these are fake. Russia doesnt mint these anymore.

Well actually it depends where you will try to sell it, for some people it means absolutely nothing, thus it is better to find some group of relevant interest for numismatics.

I would guess price can start from $1.
