1925 Spanish Mauser?

OK everybody, I've found a Spanish Mauser carbine (bent bolt) dated 1925. Anyone care to give any info? Anyone at all?

  3. Okay, I am assuming you're talking about the 1925 Special Range Rifle? It was made for civilian shooting sports, and was meant as competition for the Springfield Armory M 1903 NRA Sporter. That's about all I could find!

  4. I believe my friend owned one of these.  I loved shooting it.  It shoots the 7X57  7mm Mauser round.  Mild recoil, flat shooting, tack driver, very accurate.  I would love to own one someday.  Good rifle for target shooting or hunting.  Very small and light for packing around the woods.
