1930wm POP UP WINDOW FOR RESOLUTION ADJUSTMENT

Question

Cannot get the pop up window, asking for a change of resolution, which HAS been done, to stop appearing every time I log on, or chandeISP. It is SO annoying and I lose speed and train of thought.
