Like SVOMAN said the sky is the limit. Remember you will NEVER get out of the car what you spend to restore it.

what do you plan to use the car for, is it for sunday cruise out to the car show, trailer queen, or vintage road race at Road America...

I met some guys that do tube suspension for that car that is unreal...out of WI..i would have to dig around my files for the info on those guys.

How much rust? are you doing a rotisserie and sand blasting? or a simple paint and upholstery ?  what  quality of paint, you can spend anywhere from $3 to 10k on just paint, these are all things you have to decide.  so you can spend anywhere from $10k to $50 for a concourse..
