1974 colbalt 18ft needing trim drive solinoid!?

Question

How much is the boat worth needing this work done? How much should I price it at? How much will it cost to fix this? I know absolutly nothing about boats, but I do know that it still runs. The outside and inside are very clean and nice. It is also on a small trailer that needs to be added in the price. CAn someone help me understand the boats problem and the boats value?
