1980's toy for girls?

Question

They were sort of like a plastic locket; very colorful & had a jewel on the front. You could wear them as a bracelet, necklace, & (I think) even in your hair. When you opened it up, you could fold out a head, arms, & legs of a girl to make it into a little doll. I can't remember what they were called.
