1980? PW 80 dirt bike problems?

Question

when i was riding my dirtbike today it sounded like **** it sounded like it the engine was ratteling and when i shifted into 3rd on the dirtbike on the street it had no problem but on the dirt it seemed to bog down alot i mean alot and then when i was riding ont the dirt it suddenly bog down and seemed like it had no power i was in 3rd ripping it and i was doing like 15 mph whats wrong i need this to be fixed oh heres the specs

80cc air cooled

3speed semi automatic

2stroke oil injected

has 2cycle oil in the oil tank and regular gas 89 octane in the tank

Worn out top end (cylinder, piston & rings).

2 stroke engines require rebuilds quite often - once a year to prevent damage.

Has the top end ever been rebuilt?

It's over 20 years old - it's way past due for a rebuild if it's never been done.
