1983 Jaguar 5.3l V12HE

I am having problems with the fuel supply, i have changed the fuel pump and the fuel is now reaching the spray bar but the injectors are not opening?
I sent the fuel Ecu unit away to be checked but they found no problems with it.
The injector are still not working/opening any ideas?
