how much do the batterys usally cost and other parts my hubby and i are getting one and we were kinda wanting to know give or take the prices of the parts and batterys

These cars take a very heavy duty battery due to the fact that they are diesels. Average cost should be about $100.00 depending on where you purchace it. Go with a major brand such as Interstate and never buy a no-name from a "mart" store to save money...there is a good reason why they cost less.

If you want one that's right for the car go to the dealer. It will cost about $120. There are some aftermarket parts available for that car, but most of them are not made to the same standard as O.E. parts, especially brake parts. It might cost more to get Mercedes parts, but it will be worth it in the long run.
