1987 RCA Colortrak 2000 Television

Question

I had found a 1987 RCA Colortrak Television Model No. FPR2670T that I had bought from a local Mennonite owned Thrift store in Goshen, Indiana called the Depot for my Grandparents for $25.00 and every thing works nicely on it including the original remote, the only problem with it is, that it has two RCA input jacks in the back, but I can only access the first one the second one (marked Line In 2 on the back). Is it something I'm doing wrong or is it just that that part of the TV went bad. If any one has an answer let me know, like I said the rest of the TV works fine.Thanks,Levi
