when driving, it is fine at first, but after a while, it acts like it is starving for fuel, to the point of check guages light comes on and it almost dies if I dont step on the gas peddle a little. Any suggestions? Just had a tune up done on it and gas filter replaced. Maybe the fuel injectors or there is trash in the gas tank? looking for help in solving this problem.

  1. those injectors aint cheap i would start off by checkin the timing and makin sure all plug wires are pressed on good,   make sure the connector on the coil is hooked up properly and maybe even test the coil.   spark plugs could have the wrong gap  check'm they should be .045 or .035 if i'm not mistaken,   pull one of your lpugs (when u check the gap) and see wat color it is  if its a green'sh color u gotta intake or head gasket leakin,  if the black running to rich if there grey'sh its running to lean, that will start u the right directions if its to lean that means its not gettin eniough gas if its runinng rich its probably not gettin enough spark

  2. are you getting coolant on the plugs from a gasket leak.catalitic converter clogged.
