1989 Nissan 240sx worth buying?

I've been searching for a car and I was wondering if anyone with a little more car knowledge than I have can tell me if this car looks like a fair deal: http://stlouis.craigslist.org/car/712542935.html

For the price this is a pretty good deal, the only set back is it needs painted, the mileage is good, and even if the engine in this car is easy to repair and also to replace such with a RB26DETT which is what is in the Skyline GTR.  Make sure you check out the engine though because even know it looks decent it could set you back a few grand.

If you don't know the answer to that question, then the answer is no.  

This is the rule you should go by when looking at heavily modified cars.  Particularly models that are popular for abuse, like the 240SX and the Civic.
