How do you get the distributor rotor off the distrutor is there a secret to it because i cant get it off

  1. there is a s***w that holds it on. bump the starter untill you see the s***w. sometimes they can become stuck on there. if that is the case you will have to remove the distributor and break the the rotor button off and pry off the metal sleave.
