  1. you know, i been here thinking about your problem. i have a 88 olds, and it did something simular to yours, my problem was the fuel pump regulator. it might be worth for you to check on it, it might fix yours too, mine was like starving for gas.

  2. did you ever try to see if the onboard computer had stored any trouble codes?? sometimes they are there even though no lite shows up on the dash:

its a start anyway. let me know what you find

  3. well you have to pull the sencors, i mean the codes , did you clean the i.a.c. valve, on the fuel filter y cant check it y have to install a new one

  4. Check the fuel pump inlet screen. These tend to get very full of debris such as rust.  Also, check your inlet hose from the tank.  Possibly drain the tank and flush it with half a gallon of gas with the drain plug open on the bottom.  And while you are flushing, take an air hose and blow into the line BEFORE the pump.  But check with a local mechanic before you do this as your car may have a one way check valve in the tank.  You dont want to blow that out.  Not a big deal if you do, you can buy an in-line check valve for it anyways. But if u do blow it out, it will just take a little longer to start.   Hope this helps!
