1991 Honda Civic Accents, neon lights?

I want to put some neon light under the car, I also want some neon green seat cover for the front seats and the back seat. Also, I want some neon green gauges and you know, stuff like that. Things to make it look nice. Where can I buy some of this stuff online? Is there any website that sell them cheap? If not, what are the websites? Thanks!
