1991 chevy S-10 problems

i have a 1991 chevy s10 2 wheel drive with a v6 2.8L engine with a throttle body now my truck was running good one day it started not ideling now when i push the clutch in the truck just completly dies and like fludes the motor i dont no why

ive replaced the distributer cap the botton the spark plugs and plug wires the modual under the distrubuter the oil filter and air filter and the fuel filter and even fues's like the ECM fues and stuff now i can hear the fuel pump kick on so i dont no if its that or not i was told it could be i was also told it could be the catalick coverter but my exhaust is coming out pretty good what is the problem with my truck the truck has been very well takin care of

Have the computer codes read.  It probably has a defective sensor on the engine somewhere.

Are you able to keep it running if you keep the throttle pushed slightly???? Is it hard to start after dieing?????
