I have a 1992 Ford F-150 Super Cab. It has a 6" Rough Country Suspension Lift and a 3" Performance Accessories Body Lift. For tires, I was planning on running 38.5x15-16 Super Swamper TSL Boggers. Does anyone know if I need wheel spacers due to the width of the tire?

  1. you need to get a life.

  2. the other guy is right about your rims. If you buy wider rims they should already have an offset. But he is wrong about the tire size. You have a total of 9 inches of lift, the 38.5s will fit just fine. I have a bronco with a 6" suspension lift and 3" body lift and I'm running 42s without a problem.

  3. you will need a wider rim for those tires they will not work on stock wheels.  need at least a 10 inch wide wheel.  the wider wheels are usually spaced out so you don't have to use wheel spacers or at least I've never had too. you maybe going a bit big on your tire size for your lift size. might want to go with a 35x12.50x16 instead. those tires are bigger than you think.
