1992 wr 650 wont start? more details inside?

ok so i bought this ski used its been sitting for i while and didnt start right away so what i have done so far is change the spark plugs, and got the carb professionaly cleaned and rebuilt, and it still wont start. thinking it might not be getting gas i poured a little into the carb but it still didnt run. i was thinking it maybe had to do with th air/fuel mixture s***w but idk if anyone has any ideas or knows how to properly adjust the air/feul s***w it would be very helpful.

Might be no spark from the ignition...  the mixture screws start off at 1 1/4 turns out and then you adjust finely from there... hard to diagnose over the net but if you have compression, and fuel, spark is the only other requirement for combustion :)    Good luck.

Spray some starter fluid in it

Check for spark, Check for compression, then look at a fuel problem.  Get back to me  with the results
