1992 yamaha razz moped performance?

i have a 1992 yamaha razz moped that needs some speed. my friend something about taking off the "government"? wats that and how do u do that? and any other little things that would help speed would be much appreciated. thx.

It's a moped. The word performance has nothing to do with your "vehicle"

if you want speed, get rid of it, and get a sport bike, or something else.

Even if you manage to increase it's speed, it's not designed for that, and will become a serious safety hazard to operate.
