1993 3000gt alarm wont work, doors wont lock, lights wont cut on ect......?

Question

All these parts use to work until i took out my radio & tried to put a diff one in. The 1st time i put this stereo in everything worked fine. Then i took it out & put the stock radio back in. When i tried to take it back out to put the same stereo in, it didint work. So i put my old one back in thinking it was my stereo. When i did my stock radio worked but had to be restarted everytime i cut off my car. My door lights dont work, alarm, are auto locks didint work. Can anyone help me i would like to install my aftermarket stereo back in becouse i just hooked up my speakers. I need my alarm locks & light. If you can help please do.

1st check all appropriate fuses to see if there is any blown, then check the wiring and i hope you got the radio wire harness adaptor and stop/w the ping-pong and all those things that dont work are hooked to the alarm so check the relays and fuses under the hood,,,
