1993 chevy cavalier rusty

i have a 1993 chevy cavalier that i want to keep and the is some rust at where the fender meets the car and it is too much to grind off and weld new since newer car don't have full frames i wonder does the front part of the body come off?

yeah it comes off

The fender does comes off, but if you are talking about the main portion of the cab where the windshield and doors attach, that can not be removed.

the front fender assembley can be removed, but you cant take off the cab, or some parts of the rear.
