1993 suzuki dr 350?

it pops out of 3rd gear what should i do its like a false neturat what could it b any suggestions

Sounds likes it could be a bent shifting fork.

check your oil level,sounds stupid but sometimes it is the easy things.then open her up, use your manul, it is not too hard to figure some stuff out on your own.besides if you have to take it in to a shop they are going to charge you the same, so try to look in to it yourself.get to know your bike it is the gears or clutch basket, it is easy to pull apart and put back.

sounds like the "dogs" on your transmission gears are worn, this usually causes one to pop out of gear, as the other person stated it could also be a bent shift fork, but if there was a bent shift fork, more than likely it would be popping out of more than one gear
