1994 900 v6 saab alarm wont stop?

I will get in to start the car and click. that means i have to pop the hood and briefly take the cables off and reattach. its been doing this for a few weeks but this time i reattach and an alarm starts honking!!! dident know i had one just want it all to stop. tried key in the ignition nothing!! wtf Help can start or drive with honking haunted alarm!!!

Do you have the key-fob for the alarm? The alarm can be turned off by the key in the drivers door,  lock and un-lock... should turn off. You will need to go to a SAAB dealer and get a new Key-Fob to remotly operate the alarm and door locks. Confirm with the shop that they have the Tech II tool for programming the computer.
