  1. The click noise usually comes from low battery juice but seeing how battery was just replaced maybe the terminals on the battery are loose. If they are not loose then there possibly could be a short somewhere between the starter and the battery or the starter and the alternator. My 95 F-150 had the same problem and it was loose terminals and bad starter. Good Luck Bud!

  2. the starter could be bad but i would have your alternator checked if it shut down while driving that is the first symptom of a bad one oh and to add make sure your new battery is fully charged sometimes they drain if they are on the shelf for a while

  3. Could be starter or alternator need an auto-electrician to have a look

  4. I can tell you right now that it is'nt your battery. The battery is there to start your vehicle and the alternator is what keeps the vehicle running and the battery charged up so your vehicle keeps on running. If the alternator goes out then the battery runs out of charge causing you vehicle to die.It got to be your alternator.Charge your battery back up then drive it to a auto parts store and have them to test the alternator.

  5. I would recomend to check the battery termnals to see if they are tight.  Next check the altanator take it off and some Automotive stores offer a free altanator check like Advance Auto Parts (depending on area).  If it is ok you might want to check the Starter like you said.

    Good Luck
