1994 chevy diesel got bad fuel now runs bad pumped tank replaced fuel/filter now runs but little power

also replaced fuel pump blead injectors my fear is the lift pump got trash init and the problem is their any input would be appreciated.THANKS

I would check the timing of the injector pump.

If that was ok then check your fuel VOLUME, so many pints in a minute. Don't know the actual spec but 1 pint a minute for sure. This can be checked at the fuel pump outlet. This would verify you concern about he pickup pump.
