1994 corsica for first car?

i'm thinking about looking into finding a either a '94 or '96 model corsica for $1500.00 after i find a good job and i'm just wondering if its good to have another corsica for a first car.

  1. I guess you should also check insurance quotes for the car before buying one, for example here: http://carinsurance.yoll.net

    First time drivers usually have much higher rates than others. And it depends from car.

    As I remember Corsica is expensive to insure.


  2. If you have a Corsica right now, why don't you try another fraternal car ?

    Here's few choices,

    Pontiac Grand AM - Cult following

    Chevy Cavalier - Great engine

    Pontiac Sunfire - Pretty cool looking if you ask me.

    Chevy Camero - That's a great 1st car right there.

    If you were raised on American cars you should know that some of these cars were a legend in their time. If you know your way around a car engine, you can tune or Deck out them too. I'd prefer to get as newer model as budget permits.

    I am not a Honda fan but I won't touch Chrysler cars either. I guess I am inclined towards GM.

  3. I would save another 100 bucks and buy some tools too.
