1995 Wrangler 4cyl performance add ons?

Question

I have a 95 wrangler 4cyl with a 4inch lift and i want to know what kind of things can i add to make the car have more power i live by sand dunes and i want to have more power to go to the dunes and make it up. All i know of are intakes and headers, how much gain am i looking at there? anything will help, thank you for your time.

there's nothing you can do to the motor, it's hopeless. ask me how i know. Put your money toward regearing.

What you really should do is put in different gears,I would go with 4.88's.You didn't say what size tire you are running but if your running 33's you really need different gears.
