1995 ford taurus O2 sensor?

where is the primary o2 sensor (the one that needs to be replaced) on my 1995 ford taurus

Didn't we already answer this question?  The car has 2 oxygen sensors, not a primary sensor.  It has a bank 1 sensor and a bank 2 sensor.  I looked in the Ford service manuals to see if there was any 95 Taurus made that had three O2 sensors, there are none listed so if your car is a 95 it should only have 2 sensors, the 96 and up have 3.  As for which one to replace, you need to use a scanner and retrieve the diagnostic trouble codes and see what one is bad.
