1995 pickup only have one speed on wiper motor ?

i have a 1995 chevy pickup with a 4.3 and i have replaced the wiper motor and i have replaced it and i still only have the fast speed any suggestion?

Find the speed resistors in the air plenum,they control the blower speed.

Check/Replace the Wiper control module.

Your wiper module also called a pulse module is bad.

replace the control module if you have pulse wipers and they also dont work if not you may need a pivot switch
