WHOA,,, are U sure that's a 95--940 94 was the last year for 940 cause the change-over was in 95 so it was discontinued,,, or was that a 94 ROLL-OVER(still had some left so they sold it in 95),,,just a lil info. they will still fit though,,,lol

Yes, they will definitely fit as they are the same from 91 through 95.
