Actually, the 49ers confirmed, after the page was released in the press, that it was indeed their script.

HOWEVER, George Seifert mentioned that, based upon the defense the Packers ran in the game, it was highly unlikely that they had seen the copy of that script.

Remember, the 49ers were leading 17-6 at one point in the game. That doesn't really sound like Green Bay knew the plays they were going to run...
