  1. If your 100 Percent sure it doesnt have the dust cover, you must access the TQ Converter bolths Via the Starter hole. Removing the Little metal plug on bottom of Trans bells housing makes it easier to spin flywheel too. my 96 doesnt have the removable cover either.
