1997 Acura 3.0 CL airconditioner/heater not working ?

Question

Any one can give me some tips on how to diagnose it and fix it? Fan is working fine at various speeds but air is same as outside temperature. Car has been in parking garage for extended period of time in last year. Car had 72K miles and in excellent running condition.

is the blower working? blower is not the same as fan,  the fan goes behind the radiator, the blower, blows air on your face. If the blower works, as far as the air conditioner goes, it might be low on freon.
