1997 Chevy S10 Blazer 4.3L Engine, O2 sensor location and identification?

My trouble code reader indicates a defective "Bank 1 Sensor3" O2 sensor. How many O2 sensors are on this vehicle? Where are they located, and what is the scheme of the order to their identification?

Its on the passenger side of throttle body carb on intake

bank 1 is the left side bank 2 is the right side and sensors are number from manifold backwards.  your is located on the exhaust pipe under the vehicle just after your catalytic convertor.
