How do you change the dash light switch?Do you have to pull the dash out or do you just have to pull the panel that the light switch is on?

It's pretty easy. You just pull the panel where the switch is located. On the back of the panel there is a few screws to remove the switch. Unplug it. Plug in the new one and s***w it to the panel, replace the panel and your done. Don't forget to disconnect the battery. Just to be safe. Good luck.

Set parking brake, place shifter in 1st gear (auto tranny) and lower the steering column all the way down (this will give you more room to move the dash panel around.

I start by opening the cup holder, then grabbing the dash panel and pulling out on it. It is held in place by little wedge snap things. Tugging on it will pop out the bezel. Work your way toward the light switch, pulling the bezel out as you go.

THen as said above, remove the switch by removing the screws that hold it in place.

Replacement is just backwards of taking it out. Just align the bezel and push back in working your way around.
