1997 chrysler cooling system BAD CAP?

Question

I have a 1997 chrysler sebring jx. The car upper radiator hose is soft (no pressure in system). The car doesn't lose any coolant and or over heat. What else could it be but a bad cap?

if it doesn't leak or overheat, what are you worried about it for?

Yes you have a bad cap. I think it's a 16lbs pressure cap.
