1998 206 Odometer display fault?

Question

The engine fan broke and the fuse blew. I was messing with the fuses and since then the milage/trip display isn't working. I have looked at all the fuses and none are blown, have tried a fuse in all un-used fuse slots but no display. Does anyone know which fuse is for this as I don't have a manual for the car, The display was always fairly dim anyway, could it have failed as coincidence... Help appreciated.

If the car doesn't have electric rear windows, then fuses 2, 8, 18 in the passenger compartment fusebox control the display.

With electric windows, check fuses 2, 8, 18, 22
