Where is the fuel filter located in an 1998 Dodge Dakota Sport V8 5.9 ???

I dont know for sure but i think the filter should be along the frame. a buddy of mine had one and it was on the frame on the driver side

that one is in the gas tank on that truck,you have to drop the tank down to get it,its not that bad of a job to do though,good luck.
