All fuses intact, no melted wires. Starter relay? Regulator/rectifier?

  1. The problem is that the switch has no power going to it.Follow the wiring loom from the handle bar and check all of the connections. One of them is a hot wire and may have a bad connection. If theStarter does not turn, the battery may not have a good ground or the starter relay may be defective. You mentioned the rectifier.A defective rectifier will drain the battery. If this motorcycle sat out in the weather it could be a no start because of rust on cylinder walls will not allow the starter to turn the motor over.

  2. Check fuses again make sure they are not burnt out

  3. The starter relay has nothing to do with any lights - only the starter motor.

The reg/rec has nothing to do with any lights - only the charging system.

The one thing the lights/horn/signals have in common, is the left handlebar switch.

Check that the switch is plugged in and making a good connection.

  4. Isn't all those functions run from the same switch housing located on the clutch side of the handlebar. Check and see if you are getting voltage to the switches. You may have a bad switch.

  5. Did you bother charging the battery first??? Might not have enough juice...
