1999 Honda Si (please someone help)?

Question

My car is running very rich, has a hard time staring when start, sounds like it wants to turn off. Could the E.C.U be the problem if nothing is wrong with the fuses, relays, ignition components, and wiring or sensors.

could be the E.C.U. is the check engine light on? if so take it to auto zone to see what codes it is showing. it could be quite a few things. your best bet would be to take it to a trusted mechanic and have them look at it. i know here in az u can get it looked at for 60 bucks and they will tell you every thing that's wrong and then if u have the money to fix it they do that too. i used to have a 99 Si too and i liked to do a lot of the work myself but there's only so much i know and so occasionally i would need to take it in :)

You might have  a bad ECU. Which causing more fuel to be send to the engine.

You need to do a code check up and see if the ECU is throwing a code or not
