1999 Mitsubishi Lancer CE, how to boost/supe/turbo-charge it up?

I purchased a ^ a few months ago from a friend and she runs fine but im at a point where i would like to juice her up some more.

Is it possible to turbo-charge her up and get her above and beyond?

What parts would bring up the performance and speed of it?

Any ideas? :)

Best way is turbo'ing it and increasing internals, so the engine will last.

im sure you can get a turbo for it but if iw as you i wouldnt spend money on a 99 lancer ce = its not worth it
