wiggle the connector a little bit on the connector and make sure the power supply to the tool is working,if its doesn't get no power it wont work,make sure their no dirt in the obd connector either that will cause it to not work,it s usually just a power problem with those ,good luck.

Another possiblity is the fuse that runs the obdII plug.  We have found them blown on Chryslers more than once.

Do you have the right key in the Snap On Tool?  It should be K13 I believe.
