1999 Taurus Oxygen Sensors?

I have a 1999 Ford Taurus sedan. I am wondering how many oxygen sensors it has. It has a 3.0 engine and is a SE model. Some places says it has 2 others say 4. Any help would be appreciated.

4 sensors

2on each bank(side) of the eng.   in the exhaust 1 before the catalyst and one after the catalyst..

I believe it has two sensors, one on the manifold and another one right before the catalyst converter.
