  1. (1 + sin)(1-- sin) = 1 -- sin^2 = cos*cos whence

    (1 + sin) / cos = cos / (1 -- sin)

  2. Hi,

    1 + sin x

    ------------- =

    .cos x

    (1 + sin x)(1 - sin x)

    ---------------------------- =

    cos x(1 - sin x)

    1 - sin² x

    ----------------------- =

    cos x(1 - sin x)

    Since sin² x + cos² x = 1, then 1 - sin² x = cos² x

    cos² x

    ----------------------- =

    cos x(1 - sin x)

    cos x

    ------------- <==ANSWER

    1 - sin x

    I hope that helps!! :-)

  3. multiply and divide by 1-sin

    u'll get 1+sin/cos * 1-sin/1-sin

    = 1-sin^2/cos (1-sin)

    =cos^2/cos(1-sin)

    =cos/1-sin
