Hold on, I'll show you one of the toys we got our son for his first Birthday, he LOVES IT!!!

Of all the *expensive* toys he got -- he likes this cheap one the BEST!! :)

The Busy Ball Popper.

It's only $25 .. and not necessarily *unique* .. but my son LOVES it!! He got LOTS of expensive gifts from the family (mobile cars, bouncer house, etc.) but he loved THIS toy the most!!!

Well the parents will probably appreciate clothes. I think any parent would appreciate this, however old their child is.

Or you could buy something for them to keep untill they are older, such as a nice, unusual china ornament. If you're really stuck, baby toys are easy to buy.

If you want somthing creative then you could buy bib and decorite cute. Babys R Us has really cute toys so you could try there.
