the second one i guess but they are both blahhh. go to a department store or something like macys u need pattern in your life though i'd say a pattern top with a cute skirt or shorts, and jeans always work.

try differnt pieces from differnt stores and ACCESORISE ACCESORISE ACCESORISE! and awsome shoes like DCs etnies or converse
