1st time travel oversea-free n easy or join tour?

Question

would want to bring my sis in laws to macau on a free n easy.

They want to try their luck, for myself n others, like to tour around. Duration maybe 2d1n. Need advise for a non traveller -me; shall we join a tour agency or rather book on line.

I hope I read your question right, it is a bit hard for me, with abbreviations.

If you have just a short time, you might be better off with a holiday tour or an agency that will sort you out. As you will not loose time searching for a hotel, a place to eat and so on.

But if you go for a longer period, you can certainly travel without tour operator.

Booking on-line is something you have to learn to do, select a few and compare, look at ratings and look into the risks.

If you have to spend a lot of money, I think it is better to go to your nearest travel agency and trust in their insurance schemes. Most travel agencies I know of are part of an organization that will pay for your holiday if something happens, if you book on-line you can loose your money.

On a cheap travel you might be willing to take that risk, because in the long run you will safe money.

And a travel agency can help you, as often they have people who have traveled to the many holiday destinations.

Once you have traveled a bit more you might be more happy to book your own hotels, find your own flights and so on.
