First, when asking this question, always say how many teams are in the league!  It makes a huge difference.

If this is, say, a typical 12 team league, you've got too much baggage.  Dump the second TE and DEF (niners, obviously).

It would be interesting to see the order of your pics, because at both RB and WR (especially RB) you do not have enough depth.  In fact, at RB you don't even have a gauranteed starting b/u.  

If I were you, I'd try to dangle Rivers out there and see what you can get.  Maybe combine him with Crayton or Bowe.  He's a mid range QB, so I doubt you'll get a top 10 type RB for him, but someone more mid range like Willie Parker or even Edge..  Of all your b/u RBs I'd hang on to Ronnie Brown if possible until you see how he plays.

If this is more than 12 teams, you did pretty well.  If it's 10, you did not do well.  You might have taken your kicker too soon or even your b/u QB.

your defenses and TE's ?  why carry 2 of each?  you can always pick up one to fill in the  bye week.  it is better to focus on drafting  extra wr's and rb's in the draft to cover bye weeks  not def's, te's or k's

  i dont really like either team  as far as fantasy defs go.   both are on struggling teams with little or no offense.   struggling offenses mean the defense will be forced to play  longer and tire as games go on.  a bad offense will make a great defense's stats  look avg

Drop  LJ smith  he has never delivered.  

derrick ward might be a nice late round sleeper pick  if amahd bradshaw is suspended by the league after his arrest last month and parole violation   but if bradshaw is not suspended  be quick to pick up another rb in wards place

I would also try to use rivers as trade bait  maybe you could pick up a top- 10 level rb for him.  no sense having 2 top 5 level qbs if you can only play 1 each week
